SHIPPING, RETURNS, & Bookings 

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing times for orders to be fulfilled and shipped are 3-5 business days.

We ship via USPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to COVID-19 and our cleanliness and sanitization practices, all of our products are final sales.  We do not offer returns or refunds.

Service Bookings POLICY

All services require a 50% deposit to reserve your appointment.  The final payment is due three (3) days before service.

Coupons and gift cards may be applied to services or products.

Service Cancelations POLICY

Any cancelations for service appointments are non-refundable.  However, we understand that emergencies and situations may arise.  For that, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled date up to 30 days from your original booking date.

 

 

***LATE ARRIVALS ***

If you are running late, you must notify your Lash Tech within 20 minutes of your appointment time.  Notifications must be made via calling, texting, messaging, or emailing.

Appointment arrivals that are up to 10 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee.

After 10 minutes of being late, your appointment will automatically be canceled. When rescheduling an appointment another deposit is required - no exceptions!

Rescheduled appointments will be charged a $15 fee.
